Norstat now carries the Duelco line of E-Stop Safety Relays with an available 8-36V version that is specifically designed for mobile equipment applications where input voltages may not be stable.
The NST-3.2 relay offers a Cat.3 safety level with 3 NO duplicated output contacts while the NST-2004 offers a Cat.4 safety level utilizing the same output contacts. Both relays utilize forced contacts, doubling of output contacts, internal / external redundancy ( for 2 pole e-stop ) and have manual and automatic reset with the NST-2004 offering a manual monitored reset ( DIP-Switch selectable ). The 8-36V Emergency Stop Relays are unique in that they are ideally suited for applications such as trucks, loaders, cranes, lifts as well as other various construction machines or applications where input voltages may not be stable.
Both the NST-3.2 and the NST-2004 have status/fault indication via LEDs, short circuit monitoring and offer fast and easy installation via user friendly connections. Both models are available in 24-29V DC / 24V AC, 12V DC and 8-36V DC versions.
