The Admiral is the ideal light curtain for protecting areas where any material being processed, or the moving parts of a machine cross the field protected by the light curtain.
Features include extremely easy connection and installation, Seven-segment display with LEDs that display real time status and diagnostics. The Admiral line of light curtains include Master/Slave models for cascade connection of two barriers, models with automatic start/restart and built in control function, models with Floating Blanking as well as Long Range models with 2, 3 and 4 beams that reach a maximum of 60 m or a Dual Beam model at 80 m.
The Admiral light curtain is safety level Category 4 according to IEC and EN standards, has 2 PNP safety outputs for short circuit, overload and polarity reversal protection along with LED’s for status and diagnostics and carries a protection rating of IP 65. The Admiral light curtain is an ideal solution for applications such as Press Brakes, Presses, Punching and Dinking Machines, Cutters and Shears, Robotized Areas, Assembly Lines and Palletizing Systems. There is also an IP 67 watertight enclosure version available for applications where washdowns are required.
