Norstat now offers the SAFE 4.1 ECO, a Safety Relay that consumes up to 40% less energy than standard safety relays.
The SAFE 4.1 ECO from CM Manufactory is a safety relay for single and dual channel applications that is characterized by its low power consumption ( up to 40% less energy ) and very fast fall back time. These safety relays are ideal for E-Stops or as a safety gate relay for single or dual channel applications up to Cat. 4 / PLe. The SAFE 4.1 ECO variant is compatible with the standard SAFE 4.1 version in terms of pins and function, however, the SAFE 4.1 ECO will also enables automatic starts without monitoring of the start button.
The SAFE 4.1 ECO comes with 3 NO, 1 NC contacts, has cross circuit protection and is available in 24 V AC/DC and 110 and 230 V AC versions. Fallback time for the DC version is <30ms and <50ms for the AC version. LED’s signal power, channel 1 and channel 2 indicating the state of the relay. These relays have a robust plastic housing and can operate in temperatures from -25° C to +55° C, has a MTTFd of 910 years and are TUV, UL and C-UL approved.
