Norstat, Inc. now offers a two-hand Control Panel specifically designed for dangerous work processes such as punching or pressing applications
The PCB3 series of two-hand Control Panels utilize a durable smelted aluminum cover with protection lids over each pushbutton for added safety. The PCB3/SD comes equipped with an E-stop button and two reserved 50mm holes for actuator buttons while the PCB3/S adds the 2 push buttons while the PCB3/P adds 4 additional 22.5mm reserved holes along with the 2 pushbuttons and E-stop. Also available are the TST zero force hand sensor buttons, with their low activation force and ergonomic design, they play a significant part in reducing the possibility of repetition injuries.
The PCB3 series utilizes a 2mm rubber seal to protect the terminals against dust, oil and water and carries a protection rating of IP54 or IP65 (with supplied pushbuttons).A telescoping stand with metal, pre-drilled baseplate is also available as an option. It includes two telescoping tubes of 70mm & 80mm with a lever to fix the selected height.
