The SAFE 4.1.ECO Safety Relay from CM Manufactory offers advancements in the area of energy efficiency while retaining all the aspects of a Category 4 safety device. These devices are characterized by their lower power consumption ( up to 40% less energy consumed ) combined with very fast fallback and recovery times making them ideal for monitoring safety gates or E-stop buttons.
The SAFE 4.1.ECO Safety Relay has a 3NO, 1NC contact configuration, cross circuit protection without monitoring of the start button, and LED indication for power as well as status of both channel 1 and channel 2. The SAFE 4.1.ECO operates on 24V AC/DC, has a fallback time of <10ms and a recovery time of <0.5ms. Protection rating is IP 40 for the housing, IP 20 for the terminal blocks and can operate in temperatures from -25° C to +55 ° C.
